หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Design and develop a career framework to be aligned with business directions, career paths, organization design, and operating model.
2. End-to-end career development plan - Design, develop and implement all to be as a roadmap for each business unit based on job family, competency, and business requirements analysis.
3. Provide and support the implementation of the organization development framework as the plan that has been concluded as the final plan to be on time and budget planning.
4. Execute OD tools such as change management, performance management, engagement surveys, career planning, coaching and mentoring, etc. to support the company's strategies and drive organizational performance and growth.
5. Integrate competency, career path, IDP, and learning concepts to serve career-based development concepts throughout the organization.
6. Establish an assessment center and provide advice to the talent and management regarding assessment results, and organizational and leadership matters.
7. Review, analyze and provide development data of progress and results to provide recommendations to build up talent capability and program optimization.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and organizational development.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in talent, succession management, career planning, and performance management program.
4. Talent and succession planning concepts and practices.
5. Proficiency in selecting an appropriate assessment tool.
6. Manage company-wide talent and succession planning activities.
7. Provide guidance to leaders, employees, and HRBPs related to career paths.
8. Career planning and development and succession planning.
9. Good command of English (spoken & written)
